Need Help With Springs

Hi everyone I have a stock evo IX MR suspension and I would like to lower my car. I'm just going for looks right now and I my budget is $400 and I'm also going to buy a new set of rims in a couple of months. I'm looking into getting some lowering springs and my number one choice right now is the SWIFT Spec R. Please let me know what you guys think about these springs or if you guys have any other suggestions. Any help would be great!

hey man, good thing i'm already done with this problem. with the help of our fellow evo members opinion, i decided to buy a tein ss coilovers. i'm thinking of getting the swifts but decided to just save more money and buy the good stuff. you wont regret it. i had the tein lowering springs s-tech. just too low, looks good but performs bad. but if i were you, i'd save and wait and buy what you really wanted. GOOD LUCK!

i have the swift springs on my 03. They are not a huge drop but that is good so it doesnt mess with the suspension geomerty. Granted coilovers are better but if you are not going to track the car alot or at all springs will be just fine. when i researched for my car swift springs were one of the best ones out there
