Also, the design of the wheel barrel is also different, and only one version fits over the Brembos on the Evo.

Okay, finally have pics to show what I've been talking about in countless threads about this topic... I hope this clears up some confusion for people trying to fit these wheels.

See the difference in face design?

See the difference in barrel design?

I see the difference of the design so which one will fit evo left or right

In the second pic, the one on the left is the one that fit.

How about on first pic?the bell design or the square?I ask just in case wheels have tires on them it's easier to tell by flange design.

Honestly, I don't know. In the first pic, the one on the right is the stronger one. However, I'm not sure which wheel has the rounded barrel design vs. the "squared" designed.

People running RX7 FD Wheels: Look here please!

Can someone take a picture of the barrel if they have some laying around without tires? Could you also take a picture of the backside of the face? I am trying to figure out which wheels will work being there are 2 versions. THANK YOU.....

Ask and ye shall receive!

The pic from the rear - the right one fits.

The pic of the rim without tire - the left one fits.

They are the same version - the later, stronger version. In the rear pic you can see how the thickness in the spokes is increased in the later version to increase strength.

I have a set and they are marked "50". This is the type that fits and this is the one shown in the above referenced pics. . .

These Wheels Fit as i run them on my car with factory Brembo's.. Also forget those bolt on 20mm spacers, i have custom made 20mm slip on spacers that fit amazing. (Wheel centric and hub centric).
