Stoptech pad good? bad?

I just saw some really good deal on stoptech pads on ebay.
I'm wondering if any one has used stoptech performance pads and can tell me if they are any good?
Thanks

Maperformance.com has them for a pretty good price as well. I was going to get them but couldnt find any reviews of the stoptech street pads.

But after doing some research on good street and light track pads I decided to order the RacingBrake ET500 pads. They are supposed to have a good bite, low dust and handle up to 1000F .

Its more expensive than the stoptech but I've wasted too much money in the past going for cheaper alternatives so I'm going to spend more money now and and save more in the future. If that makes sense.

I know this is not exactly what your looking for but hope this helps in giving you another option if you dont find any good feedback or decide not to get those pads.

I run stoptech street performance pads on my own car. I give them a big thumbs up for noise, dust, price and performance. Really happy with them....awesome street pad that can take a bit of a beating. Good bite.

We carry them, and you won't have to deal with ebay.

MOT and drag coefficient known? So I can update the brake pad thread.

^Not entirely sure, most likely around a .49-.50, I did 3 laps on the fronts just to see how they are and they got mushy after a punishing. They are similar to 2500s, maybe take a little less temp then the ferodos if I had to guess their max I would say 1200* or somewhere there about. They dust a good amount and wear quite fast as well. Overall i like them for the price really close to a 2500.

Ive never used stoptech pads but I can tell your Ferodo DS2500's were not worth the money. Plenty of brake dust and quickly fade on a track.

you might find the stoptechs are very similar to the Axxis Ultimates don;t ask me why

I have Carbotech xp12 for track and just ordered some Endless SSH they are supposed to be designed specifically for the OEM Brembo we will see how they work out. The Carbotechs are waay too aggressive for the rotors and dust for DD use is why I'm changing them. As for the Axxis they disintegrated during track like use (overheated likely). I hope I will be happy with the Endless but n the end it is all a compromise and as others have said there is no perfect all around pad.
Pagid makes good pads also I went round and round trying to decide
PS pretty sure Ferodo makes OEM pad for Brembo
