Steering Wheel Pulsing/Vibration Issue

Hello all. having issues troubleshooting steering wheel vibration source.

Ok, here are the facts laid out so people can refer to them.

I am running:
stock mr bbs rims powdercoated white w/ 20mm hubcentric kics spacers
Tires are 245/40r/17 Advan Neova AD07
stock rotors (replaced 5k miles ago)
ss brake lines
stock suspension

Right now, the steering wheel only vibrates when going past speeds of 60 mph. Now the weird part of all this is its random; sometimes the steering wheel will not vibrate while going 80, but sometimes it will vibrate going 60. Also, it seems that turning slightly left seems to make the vibration worse. I also think going downhill makes the vibration worse (probably because the issue lies in the front suspension)

Adding the spacers made the vibration slightly worse.

Recently, the vibration gets even worse when braking slightly to a stop, but not when i fully slam the brakes. Note that the braking steering wheel vibration started recently, say 2 months ago.

Now when i say vibrating, i actually mean pulsating left and right. Before i take the car for a full front suspension check over, I would like to try and tackle this problem myself.

Any help is appreciated.

ps. its not an alignment issue, i had the car aligned 2 months ago. the steering wheel vibration was the same before and after the alignment.

From what I know of it could be loose lug nuts, check and make sure they are tighten and tighten properly. Now if its vibrating during breaking then its your rotors. They need to be replaced

balance on the rims! that will minimize or kill the vibration.

Would be nice to get some input on this as I have most of the same problems. Various speeds mostly over 70. Worse on certain roads than others(pavement/concrete). Started with POS federal tires. Been balanced 3 times to no avail. At least the vibrating makes me think they are POS. I was on here tonight looking for insight on new tires and ran across this thread. Tire store said they could do their "performance balance" for $25 per tire.

Stock BBS, stock brakes, stock suspension.

If you happened to slam into any potholes or anything and bent a rim enough to have a flat spot, that could definitely have affected the balance. The only way to tell is take the wheels off the car and look. I didnt see my bend until I took my tires off to put new tires on. It'd most likely be on the inner part of the wheel on the lip.

That would mean I have more than one bent rim cuz it still does it after I rotate them. I am almost convinced its the tires but I have no solid evidence. Looking to pull the trigger on a new set here soon so I will have to get back here and let ya know how it goes.

check the road force on the tires, its possible they could be bad from factory....or rotors are out of round, or possible bad axles check all that...

Warped rotors bud.

Think about it, when you apply the brakes, the steering wheel shakes. Steering wheel is "related/connected" (in a way) to the front wheels, which house the brake rotors. The rotors being warped, and not balanced causes feedback into your hands, holding the steering wheel, doing so while rotating and even worse when the brake pads are applied.

It could be a bent/out of balance wheel, but I don't see how that would get worse when you apply the brakes. It would just shake consistently all the time.

Trust its the wheel bearing I thought wheel bearing no way!!!...It is
Im guessing its ur front passenger side thats bad..Its crazy how it makes the entire car rumble and shake..Be careful because the wheel can fall off... if it gets to bad. The bearing is a bolt on affair, not a press. The wheel studs are assembled to the bearing
