Why do you feel you want coilovers?

What are you looking to get out out of the suspension? By that, I mean will the car see track time, if so what kind?

What is the current setup, including wheels and tires?

Id like to track it in this season coming up. I am currently runny stock wheel/tire size.
Just wondering but why would you suggest just springs and not full coilovers?
Thanks for the insight though guys.

Why do you think you need coil-overs?

Better handling on the street and for the track. More Adjustable for going from one to the other instead of just lowering springs. Why would you not go to coilovers? Whats the biggest difference besides the adjustablilty?

unless you get some high end coilovers (like ohlins, kw or similar) the most cost effective way to improve on suspension is a nice set of bilstein hd with springs, or even the mr bilsteins revalved to your needs. The thing is, coilovers need to be set up properly for you to take full advantage, and most of the time the ride/handling get compromised when installed a set of so so coilovers.
If you still want coilovers, on a 2k budget, and use your car mostly as a DD, then get the bilsteins PSS9, I have them, I love them.
If I could do it all over again, I would get the HD's, with a set of swift springs. Cheaper, easier to set up, great handling.
Good luck.

I think you need to research and read more. Evoardo makes the points above.

Coilovers aren't very good until you get to PSS9's at around $2k IMO. Anything less than that and you should stick with Bilsteins and a good set of springs (our GTWORX springs or Swifts). Maybe add swaybars and some bushings/geometry parts.

I just looked up the pss9's and it says that they are a coildover system....is that wrong? or they are just not a "full" coil over kit?
