part number confirmation?

I have been looking into getting rid of my abs for some time now and I think I might have found a solution to keep from buying new parts. Through a lot of research and looking at multiple sources, it appears that the regular lancer that came w/o abs uses the same master cylinder as the Evo RS. Can anyone confirm this for me? These are available on Ebay all the time for >$50 and then all that would be needed is the hard lines which are cheap.

most of the people I know just pull off respective fuse and get rid of ABS for some time. They are not aware of any adverse effects of doing this (including no effect on ACD or AYC performance)
