need alignment suggestion!

03 evo. stock suspension except swift spec r's and 255/40R17 star specs. im looking for decent tire wear and neutral handling with maybe a touch of throttle induced oversteer. i appreciate the input!

possibly camber plates up front. Forgot about that? I would tune for as much possible negative camber, I've had good results doing that. If you want a touch of oversteer play around with the rear camber once you have the front dialed in. Less rear - camber usually translates to more oversteer in an on-throttle situation

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
What you asked for does not totally rely on the alignment.

But us the -2 bolt selection, should get you -1.7 to -2.1 actual front camber. Run -1 to -1.5 camber rear. Zero toe all around.

Please search, topic well covered.
