need help about changing tyre

last autumn bought a set of new winter tyres 225.45.17 91H and one is a bit damaged (dont know the right word in english sorry) I need to change only one and all specs are the same where its more safe to put it?

It's not a good idea to mix brands or types of tires on the car, especially with those being snow tires.

If it is the exact same tire, check the tread depth of the remaining three. If the new one has a lot more tread you may have to buy two for one axel.

thanks, 5th tyre is absolutely the same as 4 I got now its Nokian W 225.45.17 91 H

I`ll check the tread but tyres are almost new, in case I need to buy 2 where its better to put them front or back? and isn`t it bad to put 2 new tires with difference 2-3mm on one axle for center diff?

Newest tires should be installed in the rear.
