Yokohama ES-100

Just put Yok ES-100's on in stoch 235-45-17 size on the EVo for the winter, as it is better in the rain than the Advans. This is a GREAT tire for the money, truly. Have read posts about people not liking them, they are two soft, etc. Well, if you use the car to about 85% of it's limits, which is more than enough on public roads, the tires are great. Anything else, I'd want to be on a track anyway. At any rate, this has convinced me to stay with a lesser Yok for a summer tire once the advans are gone (kept them, as they still have about 1/2 their treadlife after 7500 miles. After the Advans are gone I'll probably go for a AVS Sport. The Advans are great, but not great enough to pay 208.00 each to burn up on th estreet. Rather putthat $$ towards track tires.
