Putting in a robispec front sway bar and it does not fit, the bar on pass side hits subframme. Anyone else have this issue?

When I got the front and rear bars it came with new rear bushings, but did nott come with new bushings or brackets for the front bar so that is another issue.

Also these "new" bars seem as if they were used.... seems like they were spray painted black and there is green paint under that...

 

did you buy it from a vendor? Was it tightened it down evenly and mounted straight ?

 

counldnt tighten it down all the way, just sitting in there with stock bushings (which dont really fit) and stock brackets the bar hits. Also i bought this right from robispec website.....

 

More info needed. Every sway-bar that I have installed came with new brackets and bushings.

 

i just sent an email to robi....im not sure if accidently i did not get bushings or brackets for the front.

 

Okay so the bar should have came with bushings and u brackets, robi sent me an email.

As for the green under the black paint its a corrosion resistant coating.

so we are discussing what needs to be done
