Coil over question for those that have them

Ok first I want to say I did try searching for something like this and if I missed one I am sorry.

I just want to know from those of you that have lowered your Evo is there a noticable increase or decrease in the handling ability of the car? I assume the ride is abit more harsh but I really don't mind that at all. Please post your experience here.

Thanks!

Installing coilovers will improve handling without a doubt, but only if tuned properly by a trained suspension technician. I had my JIC coilovers installed using the default settings and my car did not handle well. Actually, not at par compared to the stock setup. Only when I had my car's suspension tuned, then did I experience a great improvement in handling.
