Question about hotchkis spring and setup

I jus got my Volks CE28N 18x9.5 +28 offset. I wanted to throw Hotchkis Sport lowering springs onto stock MR struts. They lower 1.5" front and 1" rear. I also wanted to run 245-255/40-55/18 size tires but I am uncertain if they will clear the fenders when turning fully without any rubbing or if it clears the brake calipers? Do I need to roll fenders? Add spacers? Thanks in advance!

Most common two sizes are 235/40-18 and 255/35-18.

Why the Hotchkis springs? They are soft at 195/275 lbs with that drop.

-1 for hotchkis. They did give me a good reason to upgrade to Bilstein HDs, though. Depending on mileage of your bilsteins, expect some issues with your struts soon if you go with the hotchkis. Mine acted blown about 1 month after installing those springs.

Thats a ton of money on wheels to not at least toss some Spec Rs or GTWorx springs in.
