yeah nex is a ebay brand. i forgot maker of them though. i have d2 coilovers and love mine. i'm lowered alot too. tires usually dont last a year because they are so low. I actually think im going to get some agx shocks/struts and get lowering springs.

Dose anyone know witch way is stiffer and witch way is softer?

turning the knob to the right is making them stiffer. Turning the knob left is softer

Just FYI, you dont have to have spanner wreches to adjust the coilover lock collars. A flat head screw driver or heal bar/pry bar and a slight tap of a hammer will do the trick.

But yeah, as mentioned... no name coilovers arent a good thing. Crappy spring rates and poor valving is just the start of possibilities. Stay away from brands like Nex, Godspeed, and any full coilover setup that is crazy low priced. Just not worth the risk. Tein Basics, K Sports, or Megans would be a decent first look at a cheaper but decent setup. If you really dont plan on dropping it again or just dont care about adjustability, then get a stock set of shocks or MR Bilsteins and use either a stock spring or a low drop rate performance spring like Eibachs (about 1/2" - 3/4" drop from stock).
