CO spring rate or damper adjusment for issue in thread
Hi, guys. Have the Robispec KW V3 clubsports with 8/9 k springs, with helpers. The compression and rebound were set by Robi, and the car has been corner weighted and aligned by a local (can get specs later on when I get home). I love the way the car feels, handles, 90% of the time. The only time I dislike is when pushing it hard on the track on r-comps. (255/40/17 R1's, MR BBS wheels) There is one sharp 180 * slow speed sweeper with a hard throttle exit where the front suspension would bounce mid corner.
My thinking is the spring rates are just a touch to soft up front with the extra grip?
Besides that the car feels great, very stable, rotates on throttle very nicely.

If you change the front rates, you'll have to adjust the rear too (due to the motion ratio) otherwise you'll push more.
Do you have swaybars? Front and rear bars give more adjustment points. And there is always the rear diff upgrade.

If you have oscillation mid corner if you hit a bump, you can increase your rebound damping to decrease this tendency. Just be mindful of the existing settings on the dampers in case you'd like to go back.

Dan, do you have that nifty xls file that has the setting guide. I have it on my personal computer, but I do not have that with me. It gives the user reb/comp settings to based on car feel.
The car has stock sway bars.
Before changing springs I would do what rawkus suggested, raise your rebound rate and/or lower your compression rate. This situation is exactly what dampening adjustments are for unless you've run out of adjustment range in which case changing springs or getting the shocks revalved are your options.

I do not have this file, would you be able to send it to me? dan @ professionalawesome . com
Thanks!
