Tire size question
Tire size question
I have a quick question for the tire gurus and those who have first hand knowledge regarding the largest size tire that I can run on my evo. On to the specs.

The wheels:
Work XD9's
18x10 +38
Hardware:
Extended studs all around
H&R 10mm spacers up front, none in the rear
Kics R40 neo lugs
Suspension:
Muellerized Ohlin DFV's
Car:
evo IX
Current body mods:
rear fenders rolled
rear bumper tabs moved further back to accommodate larger tires

My question is basically how wide of a tire can I run. I want to run no smaller than a 255 and I would preferably like to run a 265 AD08 or similar class tire. That being said, I'm open to flaring the rears if need-be and/or running wider front fenders. So if I were to run 265/35/18 AD08's, what would I need to do clearance-wise? I'm also open to running a smaller diameter coilover spring if that is required. Is a 265 Doable? Would a 255 AD08 look too stretched?
Thanks for any helpful insight.

I am having a set of 255 35 18 ad08's mounted on Advan RS, 18 X 9 +29. Fit will be good with no rubbing and no rolling of fenders on Swift springs. If you want to run a 10" wheel, and on top of that 265's and dropped on Ohlins, I am guessing you will more than likely run into some issues that will require your attention to make it work/fit. I honestly don't know for sure, never went that wide myself. Camber will be your friend.
