What kind of wheels are these?
I know this IS NOT an evo, but what kind of rims are these? Obviously not SSR Professor's, what about Work Meister S1 3-piece? or is there another wheel out there that is similar?

Do you have a better angle? Looks like they could be Work Meisters, but that doesn't look like a Work centercap. Maybe Wise, I dunno. Value might know.
