ACD and EBD effects via pulling ABS fuse

To give some context to why we are doing this, we are putting smaller brakes on the evo (http://www.amsperformance.com/cart/A...Brake-Kit.html) to allow for fitment of 15" gravel setup. going to smaller brakes up front normally affects the brake bias, however, from my reading, EBD is supposed to counteract this.

So from what i've read so far on evom about ABS delete and interaction with ACD, i can deduce that ACD leverages sensors linked to ABS (wheel speed sensors) that feed into whether the ACD decides when to lock the center differential.

My question is, does pulling the ABS fuse disable these sensors, rendering the ACD disabled. I'm not trying to delete the ABS, just disable it. Seems like the easiest way to do that is pull the ABS fuse, but I am concerned that it will impact the ACD.

I'd also like to verify that pulling the ABS fuse disables EBD. My assumption is EBD works solely by modulating individual ABS, thus implying that we may actually need to add a real brake bias proportioning valve if we are even able to disable ABS by pulling the fuse...
