Cut bumpstops shouldn't affect the Swifts. Some people have cut their bumpstops with them, some haven't. Seem to work fine either way.

One thing to note about re-drilling the stock bar, roll stiffness is only changed ~10%. Its hard to say exactly how much because it depends on the angle of the bar from horizontal which is determined by how far the car is lowered.

Whiteline (27mm) FSB is ~60% stiffer than stock.
