Need a word of advice?

Hey guys, have a quick question and need a opinion. I Am looking to buy a set of rota G force. I am stock in ride height. Stock rims are 17x9 with a 45 profile. Wanting a set of the rota's in a 18x9 with a 40 profile. Do you all think i will have rubbing issues? Also has anyone ever owned any rota's? Good? BAD? Cheap?

Also about tire profiles, Ive had 35 which sucks. I cracked a rim. Ive had 45's but has anyone owned 40 on there evo? How rough is it?

Thanks

I have 18x9.5+22 volks and 235/40/18 tires on all four corners on stock ride height as well, zero rubbing.

Today's word of advice: No.

That's assuming the correct offset for the Rotas, though. Also, stock rim on an Evo is a 17x8 with a 235/45R17 tire. I run 18x9 rims with 265/35R18 tires. Needed rear fenders rolled, but otherwise fit great and so far no problems with potholes, etc.
