Wheel fitment question

Thought I'd throw this out there for the wheel gurus. I'm going to pick up a set of Rota P45r wheels and want to be sure they will fit without rubbing or fender rolling. I'm dropped on a set of GTWorx springs. The wheels are 17x9 with a 25 mm offset. I was hoping to put on some 245's. Basically what is the widest tire I can get away with without rolling or rubbing?
Also, what's a good summer tire recommendation for about $170 a tire (or less)?

Thanks!!

I'm real happy with Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec. There are a lot of factors here. Make sure you know what you are buying. I made an expensive mistake when I bought my tires. People told me the size 245/40/18 would be perfect only to find that the Star Specs run a little large. I should have went with 255/35/18. We don't know how much you are dropped? Offset shouldn't matter if you aren't using spacers, your more worried about the width of the rim. As you go wider on tire you want the side wall to be smaller. Hopefully someone will chime in with a similar setup as you.

I'm dropped about an inch and a half, maybe a hair less. Not a very aggressive drop. I'm considering the following tires:

BF Goodrich g-force T/A KDW
Nitto Invo
Yokohama S.Drive

I don't know many 9" wheels with that offset that won't have a potential to rub. 245's are the widest I would go. Z1's are my first choice under $170.... Ventus R-S3's my second if you're looking for a very high perf street tire.

I'll probably go ahead and stick with the 245's then. Really don't want to take a chance of rubbing. Unless anyone is already running this successfully?
