to mount fitted, now a new problem...help please

Well the car was knocking when turning right, turns out it was the nearside top mount and has now been fixed, new top mount and drop links,
However a new problem has occurred, when driving at around 30 there is a loud rumbling sound, bit like a wheel bearing,
it happens when in a straight line or turning left but when I turn left it disappears.... I'm confused has anyone came across this?
Also I read somewhere you can put some extra grease into the top mout bearing?

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Saw the wheel left and right (slightly) as you go straight. If the noise disappears then I would lean towards a failing wheel bearing (hub assembly in the Evo).
