steering radius on IX SE
my friend just bought a IX, he doesn't have an account here so I'm asking this question for him
How are the steering angle on the IX when it's full lock left or right? he seems to be having a lot of trouble doing U-turns since he can only manage to fully lock the steering wheel to around 45 degrees. The steering rack is center and the steering wheel can only turns 1.1 revolution both ways. Is this normal?
On the side note, I know the previous owner did slam his car and went for the stagger stance (hella flush) with negative six degrees camber at one time... would aftermarket suspension components that needed for this kind of stance affect steering angles at full lock? thx for reading

If anyone ever wanted to the Lancer has great turning radius and the steering rack is interchangeable , i could see it possibly rubbing because of the wider tires .
Turns about 1.8 turns .
Turns about 1.8 turns .

this in my opinion is the only bad thing about a evo for a family car....i mean mitsubishi gave there full size truck a better turning radius.
i had a raised suburban make a u-turn once and i had to 3 point it
