lug nuts need help

lug nuts need help

i powder coated black my stock evo 8 rims, bought aftermarket black lug nuts and they are so small they almost go thru holes in rim, is it possible to buy oem lug nuts just originally black???

You can powdercoat your oem lug nuts. But yeah...most aftermarket lugs are of the acorn style which don't work with the oem wheels.

any other ideas??? one of my mechanics just told me that im gonna b able to find oem big Chrysler lug nuts that were black....

I know the S2000 CR lugs came in black but I don't know if they would
Work with your wheels.

You might be able to find someone to anodize a set of stock lugs, not sure how that would hold up compared to a set of powdercoated ones.

Good find. Wish I found these last time I bought a replacement set--cost much more from Mitsu.

Yeah I know. Screwed up 3 of my lugs and wanted just to buy 3. It was like $15 a lug which would make $45 total without tax. Screw that! Just went straight to eBay and found 20 for $35. Wasn't powder coated nor wasn't exactly what was pictured.

Lug on the left is eBay one. Lug on the right are stockers. Picture that was shown in the eBay listing was exactly the pic I saw on the link I posted before ordering but was advertised as chrome... IMO, I like the look of the eBay one better. You guys might get the same one as me but who knows.
