Hi,

My evo 4 is fitted with tein mono flex coilovers with EDFC.

I only recently bought the car so havnt had much time to play about with it as it needs a clutch.

The other day I decided to address the EDFC as I didn't know really how to work it. Upon looking at it it says ER on the front. I found out that this means error right so took off the motor to find it was seized solid. After a bit of gentel persuasion I got it loosened off but it still said error. (the wires also have integrity)

I guess this means I need a new motor. The other thing is that the system seems to be frozen as all it will do is turn on or off, it won't adjust the rears, set the pre sets or lock.

Does anyone know if there is a fault in 1 of the motors then the whole system won't work or something?
