Help with tire suggestions

Hey I recently picked up an evo with evo 9 enkeis. I am in the market to buy some new tires for the car. I drive the car all year in NJ which is 100 degree summers and very cold and snowy winters. Rain sleet ice all part of my yearly commute. I drive 110 highway miles everyday to/from work. I do not track my car. My car is stock right now and will remain relatively stock just doing a few boltons an expect to be in the 300-340whp range.

What I really want out of my tire is for them to be very quiet and second would be good life. I dont need them to perform like crazy because most of the time im just cruising on the highway.

Im not looking to spend 200$ a tire. Id like to keep it below 150$ per tire if i can. Can anyone recommend something for me? possibly someone from Tirerack?

Also does anyone run any sizes other than 235-45-17s on these wheels or is this all that looks and fits right?

Thanks

first off, before you get flamed, search around a little. theres dozens of threads on this.

stock wheels, stick with a 245/40. look for a high performance all season. ideally just got some snows for the winter bc A/S tires wont cut it in ice or deep stuff.

check out tirerack bc you can list your priorities. tons of tires that would fit the bill. You can PM Neal from TR and he will help you out. good people good inventory. gl

Thanks for the input. I was def. looking for a high performance all season tires. I did search and didnt exactly come up with what I was looking for as far as what I want out of my tires but I apologize for not looking into the other sizes people run. I dont see many people with an evo that keep stock exhaust and worry mostly about road noise as their main concern. I was on tirerack this morning and was searching for tires and reading reveiws but not many comments of people who put a decent amount of mileage on them. Was just looking for evo experience.

Again thanks for the input. I will message Neal and take his advice.

245/40-17 is a very common upgrade, but will cost more. In the sport all season class I would look at Conti's DWS and Michelin Sport A/S+. The Conti does a bit better in the winter months, the Michelin better dry and steering response.
