Talking EBC redstuff smokes with my stoptech slotted.

so as the title says my redstuff have been smoking with the slotted stop tech rotors under hard braking. im looking for another set of pads that go well with slotted rotors for agressive street use/ maybe some track days
i was wondering if anybody was running similar setup with me and had any comments.

Im looking for something that gives good cold bite

noise and dust are not that big of an issue but i would like the pads to be functional in higher operating temp. (maybe couple track days)

Something is wrong on installation, mechanical, or other.

Where did you get your EBCs from? There have been proven fakes out there already.

PS - I run Reds, Yellows, and Blues on slotted and plain rotors without smoking.

Reds are not EBCs track offering. You should look at Yellows and Blues for track use. Reds are great street and AX pads.

Check to make sure you're not hanging a pad. Bed them yet?

Pads are so easy to change that you would be better off getting a set just for the track.
