tire question

Will Tires on the sock evo 8 Enki 17x8rims fit a 17x9 rota grid rims with a 25mm offset?
Or will I need to buy new tires.

tires fitting on a wider wheel has nothing to do with offset. it has to do with the width of the wheel. a stock 235 tire on a 9" wide wheel is ok but a little stretched. you will be fine if thats all you have. a 245 or 255 is better suited for a 9" wide wheel. again offset has NOTHING to do with tire fitment for mounting on the wheel. offset affects the mounting position of the wheel to the hub. ie if low offset, it pushes the wheel outwards, if high offset you have caliper clearance problems (depending on spoke design/wheel design)
