+35 is a good offset, but it really depends on the rim style and how the spokes or whatever are shaped.

What rim is it?

Depending on the model of the wheel, you may need a spacer to clear the calipers.

Generally, this setup seems to work, but depending on how much you want to lower it and what kind of driving you are doing, a roll of the rear fenders should get you by.

enkei pfo1 18 x 9.5 (but 9 or 8.5 if necessary) +35 off set with 255 (or 245)/30-18

I have lowering springs (uninstalled) and should drop the car 1.2" this car is just a dd. maybe one or two time on the track but so far Ive nere tracked it.

If you are really concerned about fender work on your car, just go with a less aggressive setup. Do the 9 or 8.5 and get the 245 width tires.

I have no idea what it would cost to get your fenders rolled. I have always done them myself.
