Evo 9 ABS/break issues

I am after a solution on a problem which I have incurred on my evo 9 race car, It seems every time I break at about 50-60% the front breaks will lock up. This happens even when doing a slow speed like 50kmph. Have tried completely unplugging the ABS and the same thing happens

Any ideas to help me overcome this?

Borrow some ABS sensors from another EVO owner and see if that resolves the problem.

"Brake," not "break."

Unplugging the ABS isn't gonna stop it from locking up. You probably have an ABS sensor issue or with the unit itself. The whole point of ABS is to stop locking up.
