Is your preload set properly? If not you will get a bouncy feel

Two options:
- Get stiffer springs to see if that will help get the ride quality you are looking for
- Get new coilovers that are set up better for your driving style

the Tein HA coilovers come with 12/8 spring rates F/R respectively. this is not the right layout for that type of driving. you want higher spring rates in the rear. typically the fronts are 80% of the rear. the way its setup right now its more for drag racing. I dont know how the tein's are valved but you "COULD" swap the springs around front to rear and see how it performs. the front shocks can handle the lighter rates, the rears would possibly be at max valving. from the vid, the car sways and bounces a lot, could be blown or not valved for those springs.

before getting new stuff try that out. but tein HA's arent all that great. you should look into AST, my friend has an evo5 with AST doubles and they are great. but needs stiffer spring rates and a revalve per what he said/wanted.

304MR- you might have the same issue, but you prolly dont have the same coilovers and suspension setup since the OP only stated he had tein HA coilovers thus far. not all setups are equal.

hopefully the suspension guru smike or gtworx can chime in.
