Top Hat Replacement Suggestions

After much, much searching, it looks like the suspension noise I've been hearing is most likely from the top hats. Now, I feel silly even having to ask this question, but which of these parts is the one that needs replacing, #11 or #12 on the following diagram:

I've thought about camber plates, but I don't need that much range of adjustmet and the cost of a decent one is more than I'd like to spend on this. Could someone a.) point me at the right exact part and perhaps b.) suggest a decent aftermarket alternative that won't break the bank? Thanks for the help in advance!

well it depends on whats squeaking, im not familiar with what squeaks so cant tell ya. i think its usually the coil moving around that makes the squeak noise. #12 is the actual top hat that mounts to the chassis. #11 is the seat for the spring so it doesnt move around. #8 goes into #11 for cushion.

Thanks for the advice, if I go the oem route I'll probably just replace all 3. I've heard of people getting ralliart top hats but can't seem to find them, anybody have suggestions for another aftermarket alternative that might last a bit longer?
