Monroe Struts For Evo?

Ive been looking for a set of oem struts.I havent been able to find anything locally.I need something to replace my coil overs for street driving.I dont feel like driving $3k+ coilovers year round. Apparently Monroe makes struts for the evo has anyone used these? Can anyone confirm? looks like monroe added these on 2/1/2012

just go to autozone or any auto parts store and see what they got.
whats wrong with driving on 3K+ coilovers? u bought them to use them... i run ohlins year around.

dont be like those people that buy an evo and then buy expensive parts and garage it.

saving mileage on parts is just saving it for the next person to use. whats the point?

I wish it were 100% but I'm 95% sure the answer is no.

well u should look in the for sale suspension section. A lot of people selling stock setups for cheaper than the prices u posted on the monroe. at least u know the stock setups fit, takes the guess work out of the lancer / evo fitment.

I've been looking and some setups have more miles then I have on my car.theres no way of telling from pictures if they are blown.theres an advance auto not to far from me that has them in stock I'll pick one up and compare them.If they fit good if not I'll return it.

Only Bilstein makes a front strut
For the back you can get KYB and Bilstein
Other than that, dealership for it!

I sure hope they fit... I was just about to place an order for fronts and rears until I read this thread. The price is great, but until someone can confirm their fitment, I'll hold off on clicking the checkout button. I might stop by Advanced here in the next couple days if they have any in stock to compare...
