tires worn on the inside

I went to the dealer today because I am hearing a train woosh sound coming from the tires. They checked the car and told me that my tires are worn out on the inside.
I have 6k on my tires and I don't race my car and I check inflation evry 2wks. It started 4months ago at 4k and I went to the dealer and they said that the tires are not properly balanced so they balanced and switched them from front to back. Now I have 6k and it got worse. I don't know much about tires but I think the car didn't have a proper alignement from the beginning.
I am going to the dealer on monday to talk to the service menager.
Should Mitsu pay for my tires?

Thank You
Sebastian

Inside wear = excessive negative camber (although it may not be 'excessive' for some of us).

I don't know what the adjustability setup is on the evo, but camber almost always adjustable so it shouldn't be too hard. I'd make them pay for a new set of tires AND an alignment to factory specs. Make sure they give you the sheet from the alignment machine which shows your current alignment/new alignment/factory spec alignment so you can compare.

I would bet on toe before camber.

I just came back from the dealer. They did the alignment and told me my tires are fine but there is some wear on the inside(is not even wear).
I still hear that woosch, train sound and it gets bad when I brake it is like somebody knocking on my tires.

This is what they claim they did???????

Tie rod assy..adjustement
rear suspension..rear end alignment
left rear toe and front toemisadjusted? adjusted front and rear

What should I do?

Please help
Sebastian

what are the specs that they aligend the car to?
It is possible that their alignment rack is off or someone is messing up with conversions from deg to ", etc.

Too much toe out. I personally have over -2 degrees camber on the front of my car and get perfectly even wear out of my street tires. My secret? Zero toe.

I bet if you have the alignment checked (and DON'T go to the dealer for this!) you'll see the toe is set too far out. Set it to 0 and you're problem will go away.
