Help with a final decision - coilovers

I have been doing quite a bit of research over the past few weeks and have come to the conclusion that the Buddy Club spec 2 and Tein Flex's are the final two on the list of coilovers that I have been considering. That said, I figured I would ask to see if anybody HAS EXPERIENCE with these (not conjecture or opinion on which is better as untested opinions mean absolutely nothing) and could offer some words of wisdom as to ease of installation/fitment, ride quality over stock, longevity issues (if any), issues with ride hight (bottoming out, etc), and any other thoughts you may have as for likes/dislikes.

As an aside, I have had coilovers before so I know that they will obviously be a harder ride and that doesn't imapact the decision in the slightest. I also intend to swap the rear springs to the front and fronts to back as I understand the evo suspension geometry favors more natural handeling by doing this.

Thanks in advance.

Your research has led you to Buddy Club or Tein?

You clearly did not research here.

Let's start from the top. What are you using this car for (why do you think you need coil overs)?

Smike, you clearly didn't read my post. I didn't ask for snarky criticism or the reasons why I need the coilovers - hence I didn't post why I need them. I ironically did research here using some of your posts as source material.

These two were chosen for my need for new suspension (old stuff is shot on 3 of 4 corners inc bushings on LCAs etc), I occasionally autocross and track it, I desire ride adjustability, and I don't want to drop more than 1800 as I don't need a setup with parts that will be overkill for my needs now or for what I intend to use this daily driver for in the future... If I wanted to drive something with a better setup I'd drive the Talon every day.

If any others have actual experience with either of these setups and would care to share their experiences it would be helpful to me.

Thanks.

no personal experience, but the fortune auto coilovers have great feedback in the $1,500 range.

Did you look into the Bilstein Pss9? They are on the top end of your price range but they would take care of everything you have listed above and are already setup with harder springs to the rear right out of the box.
