ABS light on in the wet

recently the ABS light has come on when driving in the wet. After pulling, switching off ignition and back on it goes out. I have Evoscan so going to check the sensors to make sure they're ok, but are they common on my car?

Also pedal feels a little hard too. I adjusted the rear shoes when fitting the new disk and pads as the rear shoes had been slackened off a fair bit which was why the handbrake travel was excessive, handbrake feels good now though.

Just the ABS light and the pedal slightly harder than i expected

car is a 2002 Evo VII RSII FQ300

Im certainly not an ABS guru but I would think you can pull the code from the ECU & that should give you an idea of where to start

Being that youre in Chichester, have you not checked w/ the guys on MLR? They would be much better at this than most here

Cheers, Joe

Hi

Thanks for the reply. I posted on MLR but no replies

I hooked up Evoscan and no DTCs present. Next step for me is going to be go for a drive with evoscan hooked up and get sensor readings from the ABS ecu.

Just wondered if anybody seen similiar and if they're common fault or not, also where best to buy them
