What tires are you putting on your evo? I have seen new tires have excessive conicity and cause pulls. If its some cheapo brand I can see it being possible. Make sure you also dont have a bent or out of round rim. Any worthwhile tire shop should be able to check the rotating assembly on the balancer and make sure the wheel isnt bent somewhere.

If you can get the shop to warranty another tire it won't help if you replace the wrong one.

So, try swapping front to back, one side at a time. This may tell you which tire is bad.

if i hold my steering wheel dead straight it pulls slightly to right too, after alignment and everything the guy said it was due to the tires not being aligned properly to begin with and new tires have some kind of coating that once worn in will put the tire out of place forever? he said the alignment was fine and everything else checks out and i guess my tires dont seem to show any bad wear so i left it

Go to a different shop. Alignment does cause tire wear (cupping, heal/toe, feathering) that if left maladjusted will cause noise and later vibrations. Pull/drift is different.

There is a mold release coating that wears off within the first 25-30 miles of use. It does nothing to "put the tire out of place forever".

90% of the shops I deal with don't know how to use their alignment racks. They slap a car on it. Targets off center from the hubs, no tire pressure checks, and go to town. Just because they have a rack does not mean they know how to use it.

If you had all that done and the pull follows one tire I doubt its your car. Did you check the rim to make sure its not fubar?

This. Not following the physics here.

In before you post saying coil overs didn't fix the pulling.
