Help with coilover choice on Evo4

So i will start off by saying What's up i am new to the forums and I drive a 1996 JDM Evo4 (CN9A)(4G63).

The story goes;

4 days ago I decided to go for a late night drive as I was on my way home about 5 minutes from my place I came around a semi-blind corner that happened to have a house being built in the middle of the turn, as I came around the turn at about 45km/hr I was a bit late noticing a giant chuck of cement foundation in the middle of my lane I tried to avoid it the best I could but my car is pretty low and I ended up striking at an angle

Tearing the drivers side lip off, slightly damaging the bumper, un-rolled part of the fender, broke some connectors and the fender liner, Steel belt in my wheel busted and collapsed my Coil due to the lower spring seat cracking in 3 pieces and the seal busting sending oil everywhere;

My problem is these Tein HA's are toast and need to get a new set. I am a very indecisive person and cannot choose a set. I was hoping to get some opinions on what coils I should get, my budget is roughly about $2300.

I use the car as a DD as well as at the track for autoX etc.(we also have some of the worst roads in Canada.)

I found a set of NIB Tein MonoFlexs for about 2k and it is the kit for the CN9A platform i need and was just going to buy those, but was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions. I need to have these ordered and installed within 2 weeks for storage if possible.

Thanks in advance and any help that could be given would be greatly appreciated.
