Need some suspension advice/help
No nothing like that at all, I just didn't feel like naming the shop but if you all want to know I have no problem letting you know. One of my fiends recommended them and he never once had a problem/issue with them before. So it's kind of hard for me to justify whether they're actually looking out and don't want me to waste money later on down the line or try an take advantage of the situation, which I'm not sure if that's the case.
Also, when it comes to parts I could careless what people or my friends think about what I do to my car. I just want to make sure I'm getting the best parts for my needs and that I'm not just buying parts to say I have them.
I want to lower my car a bit, while still having great handling and performance suspension wise

This and use all that money you saved on a nice HPDE track day with a group like speed venture , raceline USA or Speed Trials USA. Run in the beginner group and get an instructor. You will learn so much about the car it will surprise you. It will also let you know what you want to change on the car as well. It's amazing what a car stock can do.
Normal mods for a track day once you have been to a few are pretty simple.
Good pad like a hawk HP+ or something similar
Good fluid like motul rbf600 or ate superblue
Tires ( you would not believe how much this makes a difference)
But above all seat time. Not only will you learn more about your car but you will become a better driver all around.

I run Bilstein HD and Swift Spec-R on my '03 Evo. The ride is light-years better than the stock setup was. With this setup, my Evo is not only the best handling car I own, but it's also the smoothest street ride. IMO it rides better than my SLK 55 AMG, my wife's R32 and my brother's M3. I would definitely stick with this for a DD and I would get the Spec-R spring. Yes, it's a little bit stiffer, but still plenty smooth; and based on my experience it's enough spring to handle up to r-comp tires for HPDE type tracking (you'll need something better if you want to get competitive, though).

Save your money, it's going to be a while before you "out-drive" the Bilstein + Swift setup.
