Problems with brakes

so last weekend my brake line got torn up while driving, losing brakes while going 45mph. got home safely without brakes ~5 miles downshifting and e-braking. ordered technafit lines with super blue brake fluid.

well im having firestone do it so the work is warrantied. they installed the lines, apparently bled the brakes, and are still going slim to no pressure when braking. they claim that i drove it too far without brake pressure and it fried the system/got that much air into it.

my question is, whatd they likely mess up or forget to do (given they bled the brakes properly starting from furthest wheel)

Sounds to me like they just didn't bleed the brakes properly.

They claimed air got into the master cylinder and they had to bleed it 3-4 times to get it perfect

So its fixed now? I bled my brakes for over an hour until i realized there was a bleader on my master cylinder. Damn all the wasted time.

I'll tell you what they did, they only hit the outside bleeder valves. Each caliper has TWO!

I would not let Firestone touch that car. 2 bleeders, ABS system, master cyl needed to be bled.

How do you bleed the master cylinder? I've searched a few times but have never found anything about it.

Bench bleeding is the best method.

^ This. They simply did not get it fully bled. I use the Motive bleeder and flush a ton of fluid through the system.
