Best lower spring and spacers set up?

What are the best lower springs for evo 9 and spacers? I want it close as possible to the fender. wheels are Motegi MR118 17 x 8, it's either +32 or +45 offset (will check on this when I get home this Friday, possible Thursday or Wednesday) Car is not with me at the moment.

And tires are 245/45

FYI, front and rear fender are already rolled

What mm spacers is need for +32?
What mm spacers is need for +45

Thanks

Spacers, no idea for those wheels. If you already have the wheels, you should be able to test-mount them using a bunch of washers as spacers (don't drive on them) and then measure how much of a spacer you need.
