Front brake pad cost?
My friend bought a pair for $85 (which seemed like a steal). Now every local dealer is asking for $250 for the pair. WTF? I can get Ferodo DS2500's for less than _that_. Does anyone know what's up with OEM pads and what the real price should be?

Last year I was buying the front pads from Conicelli Mitsubishi for $65 (I bought three sets at that price). I phoned them a couple of weeks ago, and now they are $180. They had some kind of discount last year that is now over. Maybe this was some deal from Mitsubishi itself.
