Help with swift spec-r

Hey guys I'm looking at buying some swift spec R's for my 03 evo 8. All suspension is currently stock with about 110k miles. I would like to know if it will be alright to add these springs on the struts with that many miles and have no problems?

with 110k miles your struts will not last long after you put those springs on. I would get new struts so you don't have to do the labor/alignment twice.

I would look into new shocks as well since they are going to stress your OEM ones more than they already are.
