Race Brakes question.

I bought this Evo about 7 months ago. When I picked it up it has a set for Race Brakes frount two peace rotors.

The hats are I'm good condition but the rotor it's self has a bunch smal cracks. Emailed RB and new rotors with out the tops hats are 500.

So is there any other company I can order the rotor part from? That might be a little cheaper?

Pics of the small cracks? If they're so small that your nail doesn't catch in them, you shouldn't need to worry about them. Small stress cracks are common if the car's being tracked.

If you want to re-use the RB hats you'll need to buy the replacement rings from RB as others from other manufacturers won't be compatible.

MAP has them: http://www.maperformance.com/racing-...-hardware.html

They are making a lot of nose, I am guessing they are because of the cracks in the rotor.

Maybe a new set of pads? Not sure what are on there now. What is a good street pad? Good performance but not noisey?

If by noise you mean sqeaking/squealing, not it's not because of the cracks.

Can you post pictures of the rotors first?

Your squeal is from race pad friction material. People think I drive a hooptie when I come up to a light, swap out the pads for street pads and you'll be fine.
