Cool EVO RS Trunk Bar

Here's a picture of the trunk bar in the EVO RS. It looks like a simple bolt on to me. Does anyone else have experience with it? Are they available yet? Vendors: I'd definitely like to get my hands on one. Thanks.

The one at the end of the struts kind of makes more sense...
Is the trunk area so soft that you need an extra bar?

From the info I have gatherd in the forums, The spair tire well may have a little flex. I have though about making a trunk bar, Just don't want to remove all my panleing to do it.

The rear strut bar completely changes the handling characteristics of the Evo. I wouldn't recommend it unless you are fairly experienced driving powerful RWD cars, because the back end will step out on you. You don't have to remove the paneling:

Ah, the pic wasn't visible - you are talking about THAT bar... My bust. My buddy Ricardon has that bar. I guess it was a pain to install...

I just bolted a trunk bar in my car and it makes a subtle but noticeable difference, the rear will step out slightly. I'm looking forward to adding a rear strut bar now

Chris, are you saying that the car actually handles better without the rear strut bar?
I always believed that it's not good if it's too stiff.

I was saying that the rear bar helps it to oversteer. I would much rather have oversteer than understeer. Some people feel safer with a little understeer. Just wanted to give people a heads-up before some wraps their Evo around a tree backwards...
