front brakes

Hello I am New here and new with my Evo 7. The first job I am looking ad is to replace the front breakpads. I have done this on my Audi bud the Brembo callipers? It must be easy bud how. Can I get some help here? Before I make a stupid mistake. Ad what kind of breakpads must I use for fast road use.

you dont have to remove the caliper to change the pads like most cars. if you looks at the top of the caliper, you will see two pins that have like this metal pressure bracket between them. take something small (like a small screw driver) and pound the pins out. they come out away from the car. so you would have to hit the pins from the inside of the caliper. then all i did was take a big screw driver and push the pistons back. as for pads.......i am running ferodo ds 2500's on the rear and 3000's on the front. so far i have no compliants except for the noise. they squeal like a little baby getting it's hair pulled out. but if you care more about stopping than looks.......thats the way to go.
