What's up with all this pad deposit?

Well my brakes have been shaking very bad along with making loud noises. The shaking happens at all speeds and gets worse at higher speed braking. I noticed a ton of pad deposit all over my rotors. I noticed it looks like some of them are indented.

Stock brembo calipers
Girodisc Magic Pads
Blank rotors

Are my pads too hard for my rotors? Is this something relatively normal? I know with my last slotted rotors and Hawk pads I didn't get anything like this.

(Don't mind my beat up winter rims )

The first pic is hard to see but you can see the lines going across the rotor.

Pad deposit is a good thing and benefits the car in deceleration. Uneven pad deposit on the other hand can cause all sorts of problems.

/\/\/\ this is correct

re bed brakes to help with the pad deposit on the rotor. Highly unlikely the rotors need skimming, however if the pads are down to 1/4: or less, then swap them out. I have had issues with worn pads heating more than thicker newer pads and transferring more material and unevenly than usual, = shaking
