meister center cap problem

meister center cap problem

I just finished a set of meisters and the center of hubs stick out too far for the center caps to go on but wheels fit perfect. the wheels are 18x9.5 +24 offset. has anyone run into this and found a solution.

The solution IMO, is to wire brush the axle nut area & paint black. Wheels look better w/out the center cap

thanks that was my first thought before I put them on as a temporary fix. just curious to see if there was any other option other than painting or extending studs and slapping on spacers but I like how it sits now flush with the fender

I would just paint your nuts black like Minus said. Race cars don't need center caps.
