EVO IX suspension-best selection

Hi,

my name is Thomas, I live in Kraków, south part of Poland. 2 years ago I bought an EVO IX US SPEC to make my dream come true - but without any exact plan how to develop my car and for what purpose I decided to follow N group specification. At the moment I am using this car for amateur rally in Poland, track days etc. Specification as for know is as below:
- AP racing brakes,
- Sparco roll cage,
- MOTEC,
- SAMSONAS gearbox,
- Ohlins Road & Track suspension.
.
.
.
and more more

The last one - suspension is confusing me mostly as for now. For the amateur rally is OK, I have no doubts - but whenever driving on a race track and full slick tire(already tried Hankook and Michelin) I am not able to follow other EVO's and I can rather name it fighting with a car than racing(even I can make better timming on semi slick road tire). I feel that slick make it's job perfectly on a track, but suspension cannot handle and follow.

Next year I am planning to start in more professional rally cup - but mostly in TARMAC, also from time to time train my skills on a race track - but not the standard one - very tight corners, many turns (not high speed and on a such competitions my car is not doing great job as wrote above) and looking for a suspension that will be universal for both type of competition.

I tried to learn something about suspenion choosed by professional and these brand are mostly heard:
- PROFLEX
- OHLINS
- REIGER

Can you please help me with a selection? Which brand of above will you choose and why? Which model? Maybe another brand is in your mind?

I will be grateful for your help!

Tomasz

Probably better to post this in the Motorsport forum.

Robevo RS who runs a rally Evo X swears by Reiger suspension ... $$$

A stock USDM car will be heavier than Euro spec. It will have an RS type diff but needs to be restacked or modified. You need ACD remap or a programmable ACD Motec unit or similar to be competitive.

Are the rally Evos over there all running RS spec rear diffs or are some still running AYC diffs?

Long way to go from stock to full group N spec ...
