Tein basic coilovers

Was wondering if nyone can give me some tips on adjusting these coilovers. Got it with the car and most of the videos i've seen there are three perches but the tein basic only has two. How do i adjust height, do i just losen the bottom perch and turn the top?. I am also having some difficulties trying to losen them too. Should i turn both perches at the sametime to unlock them or just turn the bottom one?

Help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

Pretty basic procedure

Watch this Vid

Dont mess w/the double collars under the springs. That changes the spring pre-load

Also, dont just tighten the lower locking collar w/the spanner wrench. Use a hammer & flat bladed screw driver & drive the collar tight

Not familiar w/that setup. I would just call Tein customer service & have them explain it or take a picture of the strut & post up & we can figure it out

Im curious what this C/o looks like

EDIT: likely this
