Brakes believed to be dragging. Am I missing anything?

So I replaced the front pads/rotors about 1.5k ago. I have recently began to get pretty bad vibration when applying the brakes. I inspected the rotors and I can already see a wear ring at the very bottom near the hub. As well as I believe the rears are dragging as well because I can hear some noise coming from the rear when passing by a wall.

Am I going about remedying this the correct way? I just ordered a front and rear rebuild kit (Centric from RockAuto) I'm going to have my brakes powdercoated since I'm going ahead and rebuilding them. Obviously I'm going to do new fluid, thinking ATE TYP 200, and going to order a new brake master cylinder.

Is there anything else that could be causing the dragging? Car has 131k on it.

Thanks for the reply, that was the first thing that I checked. Just wanting to make sure there isn't anything else that could/need to be replaced.

Yes...check the brake shoes for the handbrake. Take off the rotor and check for dust and crap build up. Clean thoroughly and inspect the drum portion. if badly grooved then replace the rear rotors and shoes. Adjust them correctly.

PS there are two adjustments, one on the handbrake and the star adjuster on the inside of the drum, reachable by removing the rubber plug on the drum. Loosen the handbrake one off first to get the drum off.

when reassembling, adjust the one inside the drum first then do the final adjustment ( 6-8 clicks pulling the handbrake up and the car wont move ) at the handbrake.
